After 2 hours and 45 minutes the Court of Appeal ruled that the Preliminary Objection by Respondent that the Court of Appeal stay the Competent Appeal  on the ground that the Appellants have failed to pay the Respondents costs – was dismissed.

We advanced the following statutes and authorities in support of our position:   – Skeleton Arguments by Appellant filed on 4th November 2019

The hearing of our substantial Appeal is now scheduled for the 13th of January 2020. We advanced to the Court that first our Interlocutory Application must be heard.
