On 17 March 2020, during a 6-hour hearing the full panel of the Court of Appeal of the Bahamas heard our (Appellants’) application brought on the 1st February 2018 with a Notice of Appeal, which instituted a substantive Appeal (2018//0024) before the Court of Appeal, in accordance with the advice given by the Privy Council in its Judgment of 3rd April 2017 regarding the Order of the Supreme Court made against the Appellants on 23rd March 2015 in the summary judgment proceedings for possession of residential premises.
