We had a hearing , where Mrs. Yvette McCartney-Meredit came to assist us., for which we are deeply grateful.

During the hearing the application by Credit Suisse of 13th September 2018 to dismiss our entire case as statute barred (time-limit) was heard. The lawyer for Credit Suisse advised that he will need 2 more hours to advance his arguments , when we will proceed on 7 and 8 September 2020. The next application pending before the court is our of 8 February 2019, we are asking to dismiss certain paragraphs of the Credit Suisse defence which they produced following the Court Order of 17th December 2018.
