Good day, dear Friends and Supporters,

This is the second of five articles dedicated to the busy 29th week of 2024, following the 15 July 2024 events.

I wish it was easy and clear – to file the Supplemental Submissions in reply to UBS’s , which were shamelessly misleading, blatantly inverting facts. But of course, the surprises came.

Firstly, in the morning, we had an internet glitch and asked for a short extension from the Court until 4:00 PM, which was thankfully granted. Ironically, the permission came when we had already printed the first set of documents, which in our eleven-year-long “prosperity” represents a significant burden of printing costs*.

On that day, we also had a filing in the Supreme Court, which, instead of being an automatic process, experienced a technical glitch on the court’s part, and this also had to be corrected.

Meanwhile, I received a call from the police officer who had a bag for me from the UBS attorneys.

All of that is just to bring to your attention, dear Readers and Supporters, what “skillful” tactics our adversaries are using to distract us, which they will certainly fail. As they failed on the 18 July 2024 marathon, orchestrated and distorted by them.

We filed the Supplemental Submissions in reply on 18 July 2024, meeting the deadline prescribed by the Court’s Order. You can find the self-explanatory 11-page document here.

And we did enjoy “enjoy every moment of it”, as Lord Chesterfield advised, because it is still life and with never-ending unlimited support of our countless people from the Bahamas and overseas, it is really all possible.
