This is last of five posts of such an eventful week, of fifteenth birthday of our baby, harmed-disturbed by all those UBS ‘crafted legal attacks and overall hardship.

Its stared on Monday, 15th July, the day of Mattvei’s fifteenth birthday, the all day hearing.

On 18th July 2024, we had a UBS’ created “running competition” in order to disturb and possibly destroy our compliances with the Court’s deadline grating permission to file submissions in reply.

On the same day, 18th July 2024, UBS committed its perhaps more ugly attack on Justice System in its desperate attempt to prevent us from perusing our case. This time they were “successful” to mislead non less, then Attorney General Office of the Bahamas.

The Universe is watching us…..after missing his 15th celebrations, as it supposed to be, at the end of the week, he played in the main team B of the Bahamas National Soccer Team. He is the Capitan of the Team B of the BSA, and even if we, lose that game against visiting American team, the energy of the stadium, the purity of the activity outweighed all low plays brought by UBS during that week. And it is now the rain, where our boys from team A to play the last friendly game .

It is friendly and I wish the whole world will be friendly, fair and just.
