I hope you are all well. And I have to has a moment of humor now.

At the 11 April hearing, UBS’s lawyer C.J. (a KC) tried to replace Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch and UBS AG, trading as UBS AG Nassau branch—properly registered entities—with a phantom UBS AG Nassau Branch. Absurd, right?

The facts:

1. Swiss mergers must be validated in The Bahamas (no treaty applies).
2. Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch still exists in the Registrar General’s records.
3. UBS AG is a foreign company, registered in the Bahamas, trading under the name UBS AG, Nassau Branch (see Tab 1 to our our submissions of 10 April 2025)

I urged the lawyer to withdraw this frivolous application in two emails on 10 and 11 April 2025, 600 and 300 words. I also brought this orchestrated delay to the attention of the highest judicial authorities familiar with our case: – The Honorable Mr. Milton Evans (formerly our trial judge, now President of the Court of Appeal); – The Honorable Sir Ian Winder (now Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of The Bahamas).

We are waiting for the ruling. Please remember – it is the case, where $571,959.00 was stolen from us in 2009, by Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch (a Bahamian independent entity, which still operative, notwithstanding the merger in Switzerland between UBS AG and Credit Suisse AG).

All happened “only” 16 years ago, with the compound interest of $571,390.00 accrued to the date of the claim filing, 21 August 2018, totaled $1,143,349.00, and the daily rate of $187.95,
