As I wrote 10 days ago here, we are at a very crucial point. For some reason, UBS – the Recidivist Financial Institutions since 3 August 2026, detailed in this article — was able to persuade the Court to have their application to sell our house heard ahead of all our applications — filed years before — and only 74 days before the trial intentionally delayed by UBS, where it has no witnesses and no answers to all evidence of illegality.

The real scope is obvious — to shut us down. By selling the house at half price and demanding Security for Costs, they aim to shut down the Fictitious Trading evidence. Leave alone personal damages — the Financial Crime Recidivist UBS, is certainly not concerned about that.

UBS delayed the trial for 12 years. Now they want to sell the house in 74 days — before the trial begins. The target is not the house. It is the Fictitious Trading evidence. Hear the fraud first.
