I hope you are all having a wonderful start to September.

Unfortunately, our hearing with Credit Suisse on 6 September 2023 has been adjourned to 11 October 2023. The judge has given Credit Suisse the opportunity to respond to our affidavit by 20 September 2023. The draft order for the hearing is also being contested, and we are waiting for the judge to sign one of the versions.

The only “defense” available to Credit Suisse and UBS is to wear us down. The 10th anniversary of our ordeal with UBS is coming up in September 2023, and the 15th anniversary since Credit Suisse charged us monstruos fees, among other breaches, will be in spring 2024. It has been a long time, but we are still patient and focused.
