Dear Friends and Supporters,

Greetings from the gentile rain from the Bahamas and good washings to your time of the day.

Well, this morning we were advised by an email of the clerk of the Supreme Court Judge Carla Card-Stubbs, that our long awaited hearing of 24 June 2024 is now postponed due the judge will be in the Court of Appeal that day. We are not notified yet about the new date.

This was the first surprise of the day.

Later we tried to finally obtain a copy of the transcripts of the hearings of 8 and 11 December 2023, for which we will seek Leave to Appeal and Leave to Judicial Review, tomorrow. This also went without success since the Registrar of the Supreme Court Constance Delancy has not answered our request for the fees waiving and we can not afford the payment as well as still unable to be profitable in trading with such damaged and shaken minds. Well, patience and we repeat to ourselves –

“To lose patience is to lose the battle “, as great Mahatma Gandhi said.

It only can be better and go towards the Justice to be made.
