I hope this post will find you well. it is nice to write again, to celebrate, while preparing to the upcoming.

We have been through two major setbacks, both personal burdens, caused implicitly by the ongoing USB litigation. For an incomprehensible reason, the bank is refusing to settle, even though they have no defense and their only hope seems to be to entangle us in the legal jungle. Even after several years, navigating this without an attorney is not easy. Perhaps they hope we will give up, which is impossible.

We have two upcoming hearings: – – on June 20 2024, in the Court of Appeal for our applications for permission to appeal against the Supreme Court Judge’s decision not to appoint the trial within the timeframe prescribed by the Court’s rules (August 2023) and for not allowing the public to be present in the courtroom, especially one of the leading financial crime investigative journalists, award-winning New York based Lucy Komisar. We are also challenging the same decision by way of judicial review, since it is in the public interest that all our applications be heard, and “Justice delayed is justice denied,” as the Magna Carta stated in 1215, to be heard timely.

– And on 24 June 2024 in the Supreme Court, before Madam Justice Carla Card-Stubbs for scheduling our outstanding applications, or as we hope a trial.

Here are some little updates after an amazing event: our youngest son’s soccer club had a waterfall of silver medals, which are shining upon all of us together with the gratitude to his sponsors, coaches. To all the people who had so dearly and firmly supported us through these years making our survival possible.

The sun will rise, the truth will prevail. We only shall not give up, otherwise the slavery and ghettos would still be on.
