This is the fourth  of five articles dedicated to the busy 29th week of 2024, following the 15 July 2024 and 18 July 2024  main events. 

And so,. we are on a thriller like event, at least UBS’ “skillful” assistant has planned it so.

Withstanding that UBS well know that we acting pro se, resources are limited. Well, what i am bringing up, are those not the same individuals, who has meticulously lied in the courts, studied how it will better to harm us since February 2014? 

Well, this time it seems they matured enough in order  to “fell in their own trap” (another translation of Psalm 5:8).

 Beyond the grotesque delivery of the documents – with the police officer Cpl.3815 Cifort, polite, professional but had to call me five times, as from the Lennox Patton instructions, forcing me at a certain point to ask him to pause and wait, – I was served with an exorbitant document. Most importantly, the content is outrageous. While not having witnesses, they have been blamed for delaying the trial for five years. Now, UBS seeks an order from the Court under a law where the Attorney General, obviously misled by them as judges did in the past,  now seeks another which will  forbid us from conducting the litigation. Interesting?

deserves a more detailed explanation and a separate post. Here, it is sufficient to say that this UBS maneuver is a blatant attack on the principle established since the Magna Carta (1215): “To no one will justice be denied.” They aim to regress the Bahamas to a time where “what pleases the Prince is justice” (as per Ancient Rome’s principle, later expanded by Niccolò Machiavelli).

More will certainly follow on this “fair” step, typical of UBS – obstructing the court’s time, wasting resources with frivolous and vexatious actions.
