I hope you all had a wonderful celebration of Pesach – Passover, Easter, and the Holy Week.

We were saddened by the passing of the Pope Emeritus Francis. It is always heartbreaking when good souls leave this world.

10 Years Since Our First Appeal

On 20th April, we marked 10 years since filing our first appeal (20 April 2015). It was heard by a panel presided over by the distinguished President of the Court of Appeal, Dame Anita Allen. The Privy Council ruled that while the case was technically dismissed, it was not dismissed on substance—as confirmed in the unanimous judgment by Lord Sumption on 3 April 2017.

Yet, a decade later, we are still waiting for justice, trapped in a cycle of endless delays—thanks to UBS’s lawyers and their “skillful” legal maneuvers, misleading courts with technicalities rather than truth.

An Unexpected Development

We were unexpectedly notified at 2:15 PM on Friday, 24 April 2025, about another hearing—giving us just four clear hours before it commenced at 10:30 AM. The case of the Attorney General Office is rather curious, especially considering that no court has ever accused us of abuse.

This is particularly astonishing given Lord Sales’ alleged opinion of 16 February 2024—the only one in ten years of litigation to blame us—of which we have never received a signed copy, nor has it been filed on the Privy Council’s website.

Remembering Our Heroes: 80 Years Since the Meeting of the Elbe and Italy’s Liberation – Their Fight Inspires Ours – 25 April 2025

Let us honor and remember the brave Italian partisans who stood against their own fascist government, sacrificing their lives to fight for freedom and justice.

On the same day, we celebrated the 80th Anniversary of the Meeting on the Elbe river (1945)—where USSR and US forces met in a historic moment of solidarity. May these two great nations once again join forces in pursuing justice, upholding eternal human values, and making our world a better place.
