Dear Friends and Supporters,

I hope you all had a wonderful summer and wish you a strong return into the new season, full of purpose and activity.

On the legal front, our efforts have been nothing short of a marathon—four ongoing cases spread across different judges in the Supreme Court of The Bahamas, pending litigation in the United States, exposing fictitious trading, most likely the biggest fraud in the financial industry’s history, and evaluations before both the Court of Appeal and the Privy Council.

As we enter September 2025, we are preparing for three hearings, the first one this week on 18 September 2025, relating to the trespass on the day of eviction, and the most significant one scheduled for October 15, 2025, where we aim to successfully set aside a Possession Order (an Interim Receivership Order) as obtained through fraud.

This is a swift update amid the many challenges and changes of time, energy, and endurance. I know, I feel, and I trust that justice must—and will eventually—prevail. As one enduring principle reminds us:

“Fiat justitia ruat cælum”—“Let justice be done, though the heavens fall.”
