I hope very much that you are doing well, enjoying every moment of this priceless life, and that you continue to dream.

I do have a dream — yes, one similar to that of Martin Luther King Jr. — that my children will live in a society free of evil, free of all forms of slavery and manipulation. A society where the pure, golden joy of treasuring this journey on Earth is possible.

The sickness of that moment, which I chose not to hide (link), speaks for itself from the very first minute.

And today, eight years later, we are still in the courts, seeking justice — which we are certain will one day see its deserved victory.

As well, sooner or later, an awakened ear in the United States will pay attention to the massive Fictitious Trading fraud scheme — first reported by Lucy Komisar in “Scam in the Caribbean” on the Swiss finance blog Inside Paradeplatz (insideparadeplatz.ch), revealing documents from the Bahamas lawsuit showing that UBS Bahamas refused to provide SEC-required trade confirmations and may have executed fictitious trades to misappropriate client funds.

Further coverage followed in “Evidence Global Bank UBS Scammed Clients in Fictitious Trades to U.S. Markets” by The Postil Magazine (The PostilMagazine), highlighting documents from a Bahamas court case alleging that UBS executed fictitious trades instead of routing client orders to U.S. exchanges, and in “UBS, the World’s Largest Private Bank, Accused of Scamming…” by Project Censored (project censored.org), reporting allegations that clients suffered losses linked to fake trades.

Life is an unexpected waterfall of bliss. Have you ever stood beneath a waterfall in the midst of burning summer heat? No words can describe it.
