Dear Friends and Supporters,

It is so nice to greet you all, and I hope all of you are doing well and that all has been good.

My silence is due to absorbing a tragic–miraculous event six weeks ago, when Teo, our son, 24 then, was shot together with his two fellow exchange students during the carnival in Barranquilla. I wrote here about it and cannot say enough how grateful I am to those who have supported us: our dear friend and fellow trader, our friends in Nassau, the people in Barranquilla who have now become our friends — the whole journey of miracle and healing along the way.

And my beloved Mom, a Holocaust survivor, whose heart could not bear the cruelty of UBS’s lawyer tactics — she would be 88 today, and it was 11 years ago that we celebrated her last birthday in the body. Life is not limited to these bodies, but it is nonetheless hard when your mom joins the Endless Sparkling Absolute, as Richard Bach named it. So please, if your mom is still in her body, hug her, call her, take her out for a trip, a dinner, whatever — dance, read, love, cook. Remember: when she returns to the spirit, it will hurt you every day. Of course, if you have a strenght to be a human.

As to our legal matters — the UBS lawyer who personally ordered that 6 a.m. Saturday order delivery is not yet disbarred; our application to dismiss the possession order as obtained by fraud is still without a date. Without this application, our trial date of 29 November – 10 December 2026 would be impossible to be fair.

I know the good will win. Suffering in the Middle East tragedy — the simple, good people. I am firm that our fight against UBS, its gang, which took the life of my Mom and the childhood of our son, is a tiny sacrifice on the altar of the victory of the highest good, embodied in Natural Law (Justice).
