Good day, dear Friends and Supporters,

I hope this email finds you well.

This is the first of five articles dedicated to the busy 29th week of 2024.

As pre-announced in my 14 July 2024 post, 15 July,, Monday, was a great day for us – our baby son Mattvei, was born in 2009 and was to celebrate his magic 15th!

Mattvei’s whole life has been affected by the ceaseless Credit Suisse-UBS robbery and fraud, started in April 2009. However, my hope to be granted an extension from the Court failed.
The UBS lawyers objected, and the hearing went on for the entire day.

The good news is that our son has grown up with remarkable resilience. It really hasn’t affected him much, even when he had to wait for almost two hours for us to pick him up – there were no buses at that time, he enjoyed surroundings, the sky and the ocean and his inner thoughts

Despite being forced to follow our two applications on such a day, we were very pleased with the court’s treatment of us. We were heard, granted the possibility to file a Supplemental Submission by 11:00 AM on 18 July, 2024, and the next hearing was appointed for 1 October, 2024, with a clear deadlines for both parties regarding submissions and replies. This will ultimately protect us from ten years long UBS’s “gracious” way of serving the same, in robust volume, in most cases the evening before the hearing.

May this be the new beginning where we can convey to the judges of the strength of our case and the whole law in support of it.

We believe that society in general will benefit once the judiciary starts ardently supporting traders instead of banks.

Traders are a groundbreaking new class that will ultimately bring about revolutionary changes, unprecedented in human history, achieved peacefully, that most of us, the 99.9% of humans, are eager to see – no more poverty, no more hunger-driven crimes, no need for fears, no envy, hate, and peace.
